They were absolutely amazing! They were extremely accommodating for the time I was able to come and they did a wonderful job! 10/10 would go again!

My daughter left upset yesterday. I paid for a shellac pedicure and shellac manicure for my daughter. First, they let my daughter sit in the pedicure chair with her feet in the water for 10 minutes and left to the back. No explanation, no nothing. Just ran the water, let it fill up and left her for 10 minutes. They charged me $5 for the “unicorn design” which is a blop of nothing. They wouldn’t let me sit in the massage chair beside my young daughter while she got her services done. The workers were laughing because they knew the “unicorn design” was nothing like my daughter wanted. I wanted them to fix the “design” and verbalized I was not happy but my daughter already left out the door crying. I went a few days before my daughter, my new acrylic set looked nothing like I wanted. Right side is what I wanted and left side is what I got. Nothing like the picture. It’s already lifting. Services were rush, staff in inexperienced. I booked for a spa acrylic pedicure, the man just shaved down my old acrylic pedicure, didn’t even remove the old acrylic and just covered it with shellac colour. When I told him I asked and booked for an acrylic pedicure he brushed it off. Did not listen, was rushed and my pedicure old acrylic wasn’t even shaped and is all bumpy and disgusting. Now I have to pay again for another salon to remove and re-do our nails, properly and professionally! There is no quality or care in your services. You are rushed, treated like “just money” to the workers, not listened too, services are not provided for the price they charge. $155 for my set and 108.68 for my daughters, even charged extra for her “unicorn design” and she left crying This was a special spa day for my daughter in which we had spa treatments booked all day locally this day and ended with getting her nails done and she ended up crying. Horrible experience. Ruined the day, unprofessional and incompetent. I wanted to support local but this is terrible and I would not recommend. 0/0

$84 for a fill with ‘6 fingers of designs’ and they didn’t even look like my picture and are uneven. I couldn’t go to my regular nail tech and ended up here won’t be coming back. The design is uneven and $84 is kind of crazy when the lady kept giggling when she saw what the design looked like. Honestly if she couldn’t do the design why did she try I would have been okay with one color, and ontop of that she made the base color pink on the design nails and I had to ask for them to be nude, because it looked super bad with pink. Honestly the price is what took me out because I’ve paid less for a full set and that was with good designs.
